The website providing detailed information about the CARR index and data downloads is now live! You can now download the original CARR (2019 edition) as well as new variants for spatial boundaries such as school districts and ZIP codes on the site. We also provide data description documents for each version of CARR that include information on the distribution of the index and maps for each factor.
